Having established the first South East Asian Night Market in 2008, Murali Kumar from CATNZ went on to to produce the South East Asian Night Market 2013, in conjunction with the Wellington City Council, the Asia New Zealand Foundation and the Association of South East Asian Nations. There was a vast array of authentic, delicious food stalls, art, crafts, and two stages hosting continuous entertainment from across South East Asia.
With an estimated 30,000 people attending, it was a wonderful total immersion experience for the people of Wellington!
