This school holiday, CATNZ collaborated with Maungakiekie-Tāmaki Local Board of Auckland Council, Auckland Libraries, and Initialize, in which we successfully delivered the school holiday programme for families in Maungakiekie-Tāmaki. Our team coordinated full day activities engaging children with craft making, art, music, dance, drama, movie time, fitness, and baking activities. These activities are designed to inspire children to learn, create, participate and build new friendships.
Over the two weeks holiday period, over 100 hundred children from the wider communities participated in Anzac Day and Easter themed activities. The diverse ethic activities were well liked by the participants. Here are some images.
